The question is : Q21 - Player makes a loose dropshot. Opponent gets to this ball, puts body between player and ball (effectively hiding next shot from player). Opponent plays winning dropshot response. Player claims let on grounds of fair view. |

Reason |
Player could not have reached the winning shot - see Rule 12.7.2. Even if 'fair view' (a term which most players object to) is applicable - see Rule 12.2.2, the player must be able to get to and play the ball.
