The question is : Q2 - Opponent's nose starts to bleed during play in the fourth game. The Referee allows recovery time, during which opponent's nosebleed stops and play is resumed. The nosebleed recurs in the next game. |

Referee awards match to player as the only option for the opponent, according to Rule 16.1.1 (bleeding, illness, disability and injury), is to concede a game and attempt to stop the bleeding again. As this is the fifth game, this means that the opponent must concede the match. |
