Stroke to player |
This is correct - well done !! |

Reason |
Opponent must provide freedom for player to play the ball - see Rule 12. This can be a tricky situation if there is any possibility that the player 'shaped' to play the ball at any earlier stage. In that case, opponent would be entitled to decision of 'let', as player would then be making a 'further attempt' - see Rule 10.
