How to provide text/info

For translation

For Web pages

For briefing

The perfect way to
English text

For translation

Send the original Dutch text via e-mail - preferably in MS-Word'97 format. Other formats can also be processed, but not pdf files. Please always send virus-free files and check them first. You may also FAX your text or send your document by 'snail' mail.

Word-lists and technical jargon

If your Dutch text contains a large number of 'jargon' words due to the highly specialised nature of the topic, please provide a word-list of Dutch-English translations for these jargon words.

Web pages

Web pages need to be constructed carefully so that they read succesfully into the latest versions of at least the two main WWW browsers: Netscape and Internet Explorer. We ask you to send your proposed text or a framework of your ideas and we shall discuss with you how we shall build up your pages.

We do not encourage our clients to use complex graphics or multi-media. These types of pages not only take more time to download, but the unnecessary graphics also distract from your advertizing or information message.

Briefing

A briefing on any subject can be provided in any format, with as much back-up documentation and/or references as possible. Verbal briefings will only be accepted if followed up with copy of the agreed briefing. Mini-tapes are also acceptable.
