| NEIL JAMES BROWNRIDGE was bom on 11 December
1955 at Tuatapere to parents Gwen (Young) and Ian Brownridge. He was educated at Orepuki
Primary and Riverton District High School. He represented
Western in rugby, badminton and squash. After gaining
school certificate, Neil worked at a career of farming,
obtaining employment on several large sheep stations. He married Sandra Heather Watson on 26 February 1977 at Riverton. They purchased a block of land at Roundhill, farming mainly sheep (Perendale) for wool and meat. More recently they purchased the family block at Te Tumutu, after his parents' retirement. Still very keen on sports Neil enjoys playing squash and is a member of the Riverton Squash Club. Sandra and Neil have three children - Andrea Jane was bom on 14 June 1978 (where ?), Christine Elizabeth was bom on 29 November 1979 (where ?) and Vicky Louise was bom on 22 August 1982 (where ?). Their home address is State Highway 99, Roundhill, RD 1, Riverton. |
