| LYNLEY ANNE BROWNRIDGE was bom 19 June 1958
to parents Gwen (Young)
and Ian Brownridge. She was educated at Orepuki
Primary and Aparima College, Riverton. After three years
and obtaining 4 subjects in school certificate and
studying art and commercial subjects, Lynley worked as a
typist/clerk in Invercargill. She married Linsday Leslie King, a mechanic, (when ? where ?).\par \par Lynley involved herself with their family of two - Adrian Lindsay was bom on 10 August 1977 (where ?) and Gareth James was bom on 13 September 1979 (where ?). They moved to Tuatapere where she enjoyed a hobby of pottery, some of which she sold at the local craft shop as well as other types of crafts. The opportunity then arose to go back to the work force and for a number of years she worked as a chemist assistant at Frasers Pharmacy, Tuatapere. She also worked here with photography, printing, framing, etc. and was on hand to draw posters and do occasionally signwriting. She has a studio and has undertaken several major community projects. Her interests also include sewing and squash. Their home address is 5 Clifden Road, Tuatapere. |
