| GORDON JAMES McLISTER was bom on 26
September 1953 at Cemetery Hill, Nightcaps in a 1937
Chevrolet (7-seater) sedan to parents Nancy
Gertrude (Young) and Alan
Hugh McLister. He was Dux of Winton Primary and attended
Central Southland College. He worked as an Accountant for
Barr, Burgess and Stewart, gained a Commerce Degree in
Accountancy and Computers at Otago University. For eight years, Gordon had a financial interest in several computer companies in Dunedin.He worked for the Otago Hospital Board and Department of Health. Gordon married Lynley Isabella Ward of Drummond in (when ?) 1973 (where ?), but the couple separated (?) (when ?). Gordon now lives on his own at (where ?) Helensville, Gold Coast, Australia and works for a computer company involved with jewellery and duty-free stones. He has happy memories of playing a six-string banjo in his mother's dance band, but his main interest now is with hot-rod cars. His aim in life is to never grow up. |
