| DONALD THOMAS ERSKINE was born on 5 May 1955
(where ?) to parents Ethel
Joyce (Young) and Colin
McGregor Erskine. He was educated at Waikiwi Primary
School and Southland Boys High School. He then moved into
his father's business as an apprentice and he is now
Managing Director of Invercargill Engineering Co Ltd.
This was also the position his father held in the same
firm from 1947 until his death. Donald and his sister
Janice hope to retain this business for future
generations. Donald is a talented musician, playing his electric piano accordion in a dance band. He is proficient at playing the organ too, and is a member of the Invercargill Organ Club. Donald lives with his mother at 3 Moana Street, Invercargill. |
