YOUNG family history

	Donald George Brown 1948-
	DONALD GEORGE BROWN was bom on 1 August 1948 at Tuatapere to parents Francis George and Agnes May (Young) Brown. He attended Tuatapere Primary School and Southland Technical College. His sporting interests include rugby, golf and clay target shooting. In the community he is actively involved with Board of Trustees at Tuatapere Primary School, Baths Committee, Junior Baths Fund-raising Committee, Gun Club Secretary, and Rugby Club Committee. He married Kerri Joy Gratton on 23 June 1973, at Mildura, Victoria, Australia. They have three children - Shaun Nathan was bom on 14 February 1975, Sandy Rae was bom on 4 December 1976 and Shelley-Mae Rose was bom on 31 April 1981. Don and Kerri are presently living on the family farm at Papatotara Road, Tuatapere.
